The halving drives the bull market, not the other way around. This is almost certain. Halving is an endogenous mechanism of Bitcoin. Its occurrence is predetermined and anchored to Bitcoin’s endogenous time, which is the block height. It doesn't take into account the feelings of the outside world at all, it just happens mechanically and automatically at the specified time. Therefore, the halving is an internal factor. However, external causes can be encountered but cannot be sought.
